Delete Your Dronnex Account

If you wish to delete your Dronnex account and all associated data, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Dronnex app.
  2. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete My Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion request.

Alternatively, you can email us at:

Use the subject line: "Delete My Account" and include your registered phone number or email address.

Data That Will Be Deleted:

  • Personal information (name, phone number, email address)
  • Booking and order history
  • Location and crop data

Retention Policy:

We retain minimal metadata (such as anonymized booking logs) for up to 30 days to comply with legal and audit purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.
