Welcome to Farmfly! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Android mobile application ("App") and the services provided by Spectra Agri Sciences Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Farmfly, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

2. User Accounts

  • You will register using your full name, phone number, address, and grant us access to your location (GPS).

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

  • If you suspect unauthorized use, please contact us immediately at spectraagrisciencesinc@gmail.com.

3. Data Collection & Storage

We collect and store the following information in our secure Firebase backend:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Postal address

  • Real-time location data

Your data is used solely to provide and improve Farmfly services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Specifically, you must not:

  • Attempt to access or interfere with any other user’s account;

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App’s code;

  • Use automated scripts or tools to scrape data from our servers;

  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code;

  • Use the App to harass, stalk, or threaten individuals.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe your account activity is fraudulent or harmful.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, and other materials on Farmfly are owned by Spectra Agri Sciences Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spectra Agri Sciences Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the new version here with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

Delete Your Dronnex Account Delete Your Dronnex Account If you wish to delete your Dronnex account and all associated data, follow the steps below: Open the Dronnex app. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete My Account .
