Request Data Deletion from Dronnex

You may request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your full Dronnex account.

Steps to Request Data Deletion:

  1. Email us at
  2. Use the subject line: "Delete My Data"
  3. Specify which data you want removed (e.g., spray history, location logs)

Data Eligible for Deletion:

  • Location history
  • Crop preferences
  • Drone service usage history

Retention Policy:

We retain login credentials and billing records unless full account deletion is requested. Any deleted data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Delete Your Dronnex Account Delete Your Dronnex Account If you wish to delete your Dronnex account and all associated data, follow the steps below: Open the Dronnex app. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete My Account . Confirm the deletion request. Alternatively, you can email us at: spectraagrisciencesinc@gmail.com Use the subject line: "Delete My Account" and include your registered phone number or email address. Data That Will Be Deleted: Personal information (name, phone number, email address) Booking and order history Location and crop data Retention Policy: We retain minimal metadata (such as anonymized booking logs) for up to 30 days to comply with legal and audit purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.
